20.11.08 - ECOI Enters into Distribution Agreement with PromoBiz.com LLC for ecoPlastic Shopping and Non-Woven Bags
ASHLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ecoSolutions Intl (OTCBB: ECOI - News), a leading developer of environmental-friendly consumer materials, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with PromoBiz.com LLC (“PromoBiz”), a leading distributor of promotional and branded merchandise to multi-location businesses, under which PromoBiz will distribute the Company’s ecoPlastic™ shopping and non-woven shopping bags in eleven states on an exclusive basis. The one-year agreement may be renewed, subject to PromoBiz achieving certain minimum sales requirements which are $1 million sales the first year. PromoBiz expects to target large retailers, where it has existing relationships.
