Overview
ecoSolutions Intl (ECOI), formerly 360 Interchange, was founded in early 2004 by Bill Patridge, who resides as the President of the company. The company went public in April of 2008, initially listed on the Pink Sheets before becoming a fully reporting company and getting approved in October for quotation on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board.
Our unique approach revolves around finding "next step" eco-friendly alternatives to some of the most harmful materials and products in use today. Rather than being tied to particular technologies, we offer solutions to meet short term performance goals for major corporations, with an eye on moving them towards longer term sustainability.
